Traditional Bansko specialities, dishes cooked to order with produce from local suppliers, and international cooking.

The kitchen

The taste of the mountain, without leaving the hotel. Breakfast and dinner are served buffet-style and are part of half board — that is the basis, not a package bought on top. The restaurant was renovated in 2026 and is the largest room in the hotel.

The à la carte menu rounds off the stay with traditional Bansko specialities, dishes made with produce from local suppliers and familiar international flavours. The authentic mehana is a space of its own for a mountain dinner, a barbecue and private events, and the lobby bar is the place for a coffee, an aperitif or a break between meetings.

Restaurant

The largest room in the hotel. This is where the buffet breakfast and dinner included in the rate are served. It also takes private events.

Mehana

An authentic Bansko mehana with a character of its own. It is hired on its own for a private event — a barbecue or a mountain dinner.

Lobby bar

For coffee, an aperitif, or a break between sessions on a conference day.

What does half board mean, and when is it served?

Half board means buffet breakfast and buffet dinner in the restaurant, every day of the stay. Breakfast is served 07:30 – 10:30, dinner 18:30 – 22:00. Lobby bar and mehana consumption is not included.
