The stay and the rates
What does the nightly rate include?
The rate is per person per night on a half-board basis and includes: Accommodation and buffet breakfast; Buffet dinner; Wellness Center — sauna, steam room, gym; Free shuttle to the gondola lift; Free parking, Wi-Fi and ski storage; Hotel insurance. The resort tax is included in the published rates. Nothing is collected for it at the desk.

Up to what age do children stay free?
Children aged 0 to 5.99 — free accommodation and half-board meals. One child aged 6–11.99 on an extra bed, with two adults — 50% of the full rate. Age is determined as at the date of check-in.
When is the winter season, and how are the rates divided?
The winter season runs 1 December 2026 – 30 April 2027. Rates fall into five periods: low season (23 March – 30 April), early season (1 – 18 December), mid season (5 – 31 January), high season (19 – 26 December · 1 February – 22 March), peak season (27 December – 4 January). The rate by category and period is in the table on the Accommodation page.
Do all rooms have a balcony and a Pirin view?
Yes. All three categories — Panorama Deluxe, Panorama Standard Double, Junior Suite Apartment — have a balcony and a Pirin view.
Is there a conference hall?
Yes — the Pirin conference hall: the hotel’s main hall, with daylight. It is laid out to suit the format of the event. The restaurant, the mehana and the lobby bar take dinners and receptions. Capacities and terms come with the quotation.
Skiing and transport
How do I get to the gondola lift?
On the hotel’s free shuttle. Free, on a timetable. The 2026/27 schedule is pending — confirm it at reception on arrival.
Is there ski storage?
Yes. A separate room for skis, boards and boots. No surcharge.
Is there parking?
Yes, on site. Free parking on the hotel grounds.
How far is the hotel from the centre of Bansko?
The hotel is 2.5 km from the centre of Bansko, on Kosherinata Street. The hotel’s free shuttle takes you to the gondola lift.
Wellness
What is in the Wellness Center, and when is it open?
Finnish sauna, steam room, gym — renovated in 2026. Open 12:00 – 20:00. Every day of your stay. Access is included in the rate for every room category.
Are massages included in the rate?
No. Massages and treatments are charged separately from the stay and are not part of half board. Massages are booked 24 hours in advance — at reception or by telephone.
Dining
What does half board mean, and when is it served?
Half board means buffet breakfast and buffet dinner in the restaurant, every day of the stay. Breakfast is served 07:30 – 10:30, dinner 18:30 – 22:00. Lobby bar and mehana consumption is not included.
Booking and cancellation
How do I book?
On the Book page: choose dates, a category and your party — the price shows at once from the rate sheet, and the enquiry goes straight to the hotel. Or call reservations on 0885 163 530. The final price is confirmed at booking.
What are the free-cancellation deadlines?
They depend on the season of the stay: low season — up to 7 days before arrival; early season — up to 7 days before arrival; mid season — up to 14 days before arrival; high season — up to 21 days before arrival; peak season — up to 30 days before arrival.
Is a deposit required?
An early-booking discount requires a deposit of 30% of the booking value. The terms of any individual booking are confirmed by the hotel.
Can the discounts be combined?
Yes. The commercial discounts — early booking, long stay and online direct booking — combine and apply in sequence, each to the already-reduced price. The online discount applies in peak season too; the long-stay discount does not apply in peak season S5 (27 December – 4 January).
