Cancellation
The free-cancellation deadline depends on the season of the stay. The number of days is counted before the arrival date.

Deposit
An early-booking discount requires a deposit of 30% of the booking value. The terms of any individual booking are confirmed by the hotel.
Resort tax
The resort tax is included in the published rates. Nothing is collected for it at the desk.
What the rate excludes
- Massages and spa treatments
- Lift passes, equipment and instructors
- Lobby bar and mehana consumption
The final price is confirmed at booking.
